Festival Guest Suite Coordinator

Festival Marketing Associate

The Festival Marketing Associate executes the Festival outreach strategies for SIFF 2016. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Associate works with the Marketing and Communications team to create and execute  SIFF's community outreach strategy, promotional campaigns, grassroots efforts, and community building in order to increase regional awareness and attendance (ticket sales). Festival Publicist

The Festival Publicist executes SIFF's public relations strategy to promote and generate favorable media coverage surrounding SIFF 2016. Festival Special Events Assistant

The Festival Special Events Assistant is responsible for inventory and production supporting the Festival Special Events Coordinator and Special Events Manager in implementing over 50 Festival events. This position focuses specifically on inventory management, product delivery, event load in/load out, overall event production, sponsor and guest interaction, and volunteer management. The Festival Technical Assistant creates all on-screen digital cinema packages, and on-line versions of cinema pre-show content, and manages the distribution of content to venues via physical media and on-line distribution resources.
