This year's SYNC program shines the spotlight on four talented directors - Emily Denton, Jordan Albertsen, Ryan McMackin, and Stephan Gray - as well as a "mix tape" selection featuring other talented directors. Seattle Weekly editor-in-chief Mark Baumgarten hosts the program and leads a filmmaker Q&A with our featured directors. SYNC not only great filmmakers, but the best music from the Pacific Northwest as well, including songs by Don't Talk to the Cops, Sera Cahoone, Monogamy Party, Shelby Earl, Tennis Pro, Cumulus, Iska Dhaaf, Tea Cozies, Hey Marseilles, and more!
Proceeds from this evening will be awarded to help fund the next film project by this evening's "Best Director" as voted on by a select jury of film and music industry professionals.
