General Public—Sunday, May 11

What are Box Office hours?

Monday through Saturday: 11:00am to 7:00pm
Sunday and Memorial Day: Noon to 6:00pm

Where is the Box Office?

For your convenience, we have a fully-functioning Box Office located in Downtown Seattle! Located at Pacific Place, Sixth and Pine, Level 2. At this location you can take care of all Festival pass and ticketing needs.

SIFF Cinema (321 Mercer Street at McCaw Hall, Seattle Center) and the SIFF Main Office (400 Ninth Avenue N in South Lake Union) are also fully-functioning Box Office outlets.

Theater Venue Box Offices: Beginning May 23, all of these locations can process will-call, day-of-show, and advanced ticketing. The immediate screening has priority for ticket sales over advanced ticket sales; this allows proper timing for theater traffic to run smoothly. Regular venue box offices cannot handle pass processing or pickup.

Can I buy tickets on the Internet or over the phone?

Yes! You can buy online or call 206-324-9996. You can purchase day-of-show tickets on the web or by phone until 30 minutes prior to a screening, subject to availability. Less than 30 minutes to showtime, tickets are available at the screening/event venue only.

There are no discount tickets day-of-show. To receive SIFF Supporter discounts when shopping online you MUST be logged into your account. Student/Senior Reel Deals, gift certificates, Teen Tix, and auction certificates must be processed in person at any pass and ticketing Box Office. 2008 Volunteer Vouchers with an alpha-numeric code can be redeemed online as well. There is a $1 charge per ticket up to $5 for web and phone orders. There is no fee to redeem Early Bird ticket packages, ticket vouchers, or for memberships purchases.

Yes. On the day of the screening, tickets are for sale at all of the venues and online until 30 minutes prior to showtime, subject to availability. The theater Box Offices open an hour before the first screening of the day and close 15 minutes after the last screening. Seating is only guaranteed until 10 minutes prior to screening. No late seating. No refunds or exchanges if you arrive after showtime cut-off.

What are Rush Tickets?

When advance tickets are no longer available, a limited number of rush tickets may be available at the door. Rush tickets are normally sold 10 minutes prior to the screening. Rush Tickets are not discounted. There are no day-of-show discounts. Rush tickets are cash only.
