Song Sung Blue
A portrait of a Milwaukee-based duo Lighting & Thunder, a pair of celebrity impersonators dedicated to performing as Neil Diamond and Patsy Cline. The film follows the pair and their family from the high of performing with Pearl Jams' Eddie Vedder to the struggles of maintaining their careers in the face of disappointment, addiction, and freak accidents that threaten to take it all away.

“the first half of this film is mighty slow and kind of boring but gets more interesting towards the middle. unfortunately, it gets more interesting because situations for the family spiral downwards. :[”

“I didn't like this too much. It was like along episode of Roseanne with less likeable characters and very little humor. These are definitely sad people, but I am not sure they deserve to have a movie made about them.”
