Letting Go of God
When two Mormon missionaries knock on Julia Sweeney’s door one day, they have no idea what they’re getting into. With one seemingly simple question about God, they unwittingly precipitate a soul search of cosmic proportions. The result is a friendly, funny, intelligent chronicle of one lifelong Catholic’s conversion to atheism.
Director Julia Sweeney scheduled to attend both screenings

“Caveat: I didn't get to see the film but just listened to this show on CD, so am reviewing the content rather than the film aspects. Although my journey is somewhat opposite (devout atheist to agnostic after deciding none of big questions answerable and it's not necessary to exclude spirituality”
