Halftone City, USA. A peaceful metropolis of family values and space-age dreams. Mild-mannered blonde Dorothy Gayne secretly protects its citizens from harm. But dangerous new technologies abound. What happens when a powerful device falls into the hands of scientist-turned-villain Doctor Moire? Who will rescue Halftone City from this oversized creep?

Director Bio
Run has been based in London as a freelance Animation Director since graduating from the Animation MA course at the Royal College of Art in 1990. He has directed several short films (Jukebox 1994, Music For Babies 1996, What Is That? 2001) alongside music videos, notably with Howie B and The Charlatans title sequences and idents for BBC, Channel 4 and MTV, as well as commercials and live visual material for U2 and Oasis. For many years he contributed regular illustrations for New Musical Express. He's currently living and working in rural Kent, following emigration from London last summer and busy developing a feature film.
