Izo
Legendary 19th century samurai Izo Okuda is crucified because of his uncontrollable homicidal nature. Using this real-life incident as a jumping off point, provocateur Miike spins a tale of violent, bloody revenge as Izo is perpetually reincarnated to wreak havoc on the high and mighty throughout history.
