Films & Events

To commemorate Janus Film’s 50th anniversary, Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF) Group presents a program of 32 legendary Janus Films from Thursday, March 1, 2007 through Thursday, April 22, 2007 at McCaw Hall. This is the most extensive presentation of Janus Films outside of New York City, and the only presentation of the series in the Northwest. The Janus series includes new or pristine 35mm prints of many of the best-loved titles and essential cinematic classics, revisiting old favorites and encourage a new generation to be introduced to what are arguably some of the most important films of all time.
