Everything you need to know to be an A+filmgoer.
STANDBY: WHAT IS IT AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
When advance tickets are no longer available, a limited number of standby tickets may be available at the door. Standby tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis depending on how many seats are available after passholders and advance ticket-holders are admitted. Standby tickets are normally sold 10 minutes prior to the screening. Standby tickets are not discounted. No discounts apply.
Arrive early! Ticket and pass holders must arrive 10 minutes prior to show time to guarantee admission. Ticket or pass holders arriving less than 10 minutes prior to showtime cannot be guaranteed a seat, even with a ticket or a pass. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be given to ticket or pass holders turned away after this time.
THE FINE PRINT
All orders are final. No refunds, exchanges, substitutions or replacements will be issued.
All programs are subject to change without notice. No refunds or exchanges are given, except in the case of program cancellations.
Seating is available at all performances on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticketholder seating is guaranteed up to 10 minutes prior to screening. No late seating. No refunds or exchanges if you arrive late.
Each film will be shown in its original language (with English subtitles for non-English films), unless otherwise noted.
No babes in arms and, with the exception of the Films4Families series, no children under six years old will be admitted. Please be aware that films may not be suitable for ages 16 and under unless otherwise noted. Parental discretion is advised.
Film length, as listed in the program, represents the best available information at press time. Length of film does not include introductions or Q&A sessions following the screening.
All audience members must leave the theater following each screening. Leaving belongings and/or saving seats between shows is not allowed. Please do not leave empty seats in the middle of a row. Standby seating is less disruptive to the rest of the audience if empty seats are available on the aisles.
Cameras, camera phones, and recording devices are not permitted in the theaters. Please silence all cellular phones, pagers and watches when in the theater.
Due to piracy prevention efforts by our film suppliers, you may be subject to physical search of your person or personal property upon entrance to festival venues.
