Director Biography

I was born in Madrid in 1981. Ever since I was a kid I wanted to tell stories; I spent most of the time thinking of adventures, reading and watching lms. I studied drama and creative writing in Madrid and filmmaking at the New York Film Academy. I work in TV, film, advertisement, and theatre since 2004, and I got to keep on thinking of adventures, most of all, the adventure of filmmaking. Among my previous work the most important projects are my thesis film The Last Moments of Leopoldo Berenguer and my short film "La Migala" ("The Bird Spider"), a film that made it into more than a hundred international film festivals achieving awards such as Oscar® qualifying Best of Fest at Boston Film Festival or the Silver Melies at Strasbourg European Fantastic Film Festival.
