Director Biography
"Refugee" is Joyce Chen's and Emily Moore's directorial debut. Both Chen and Moore have backgrounds in commercial production. Joyce was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and now resides in Oakland, CA. Emily was born in Virginia, and currently lives in LA.
