The Creativity of Limits: Micro Budgets, Maximized Films

60 minutes

May 29, 2017

Every filmmaker has a budget; the trick is not seeing it as a negative or a force working against you, but a canvas within which we can paint. In this guided discussion, we will investigate methodologies of micro-budget filmmaking, maximizing ideas (expanding ideas out to a budget rather than contracting inward), and how your "bank" isn't just money.

Panelists: Michael Chaney (SCAD), Lindy Boustedt, and Landon Salyer
Moderator: Kris Boustedt
