Summer Nights

France | 2014 | 100 minutes | Mario Fanfani

October 24, 2014

All is not always what it seems and appearances can be deceiving, especially in provincial France in the late 1950s.

With a nod to Claude Chabrol, Mario Fanfani's first feature film is the story of a respectable married couple, except for the fact that Michel, a conventional-looking solicitor, spends his weekends at Les Épicéas, his house in the Vosges, cross-dressing with his friend Jean-Marie, also known as Flavia.
