A great kid's movie for adults! A group of pre-teen friends gather for a game of Capture the Flag, but in their mind's eye they blur fantasy and reality: the weapons are real and the game is deadly serious.

One side is lead by P.K. Sullivan, a brilliant military tactician (his favorite film is Patton) who is frequently the victor. The rival commander is Quinn, whose attitude is less serious because he is enamored with the game's sole female player. One afternoon, a loose canon decides to challenge the rules a stage a mutiny. He is hell-bent on destroying P.K. by any means necessary, starting by taking his best friend as a prisoner of war. The children's fake weapons turn real in their hands. Rocks = Grenades. Trees = Control towers. Sticks = Submachine guns. But never fear, in this blend of Stand By Me and Lord of the Flies, combat wounds are cleared up with a count of ten.
