Children of Vertigo

Naomi Watts is a bright-eyed actress straight off the bus from Deep River, Ontario, looking for her big break in Hollywood.

When she befriends a darkly beautiful amnesiac (Laura Harring), found hidden in her apartment, they begin an investigation into her identity with mind-bending repercussions. Much like Lost Highway, conventional narrative structure is cast aside as the story becomes overtaken by intense, impressionistic ambience, psychological development, and an interconnecting series of surreal vignettes.

"It's surreal, erotic, creepy, frustrating, absorbing, transporting and tortuous in the way only a Lynch film can be."—Shawn Levy, The Oregonian
