Follow four culinary artisans as they talk about the inherited traditions of Italian cooking and whether the craft will be honored and remembered by the next generation.
With director Daniele De Michele in attendance
This documentary follows the lives of four culinary artisans throughout their working day as they discuss agriculture, fishing, farming, cheese-making, and family cooking. In their daily lives, these artisans and their respective families work to confirm whether Italian cooking is still a living heritage, whether the sharing of information between one generation and the next still exists, and whether Italian cooking as we have inherited it will survive or disappear.
