All You Can Eat Buddha
In this hallucinatory black comedy, an enigmatic guest with a voracious appetite and mysterious magnetism arrives at an all-inclusive Caribbean resort. He keeps to himself, but after a strange encounter on the beach, he begins performing miracles. Cinematographer-turned-director Ian Lagarde's deadpan debut feature may invite comparisons to Lynch or Lanthimos, but it - like its hero - is something uniquely its own.
