ABOUT THE PRESENTATION
History of French Gastronomy | France may own the reputation of having produced the best cooks and the most refined cuisine for centuries yet believe it or not, it hasn’t always been the case! So when was French Gastronomy born and why? What economical and political elements triggered such genius? Together we will travel through centuries of French cuisine, discover the current French Capitale de la Gastronomie, and end with French Restaurant Etiquette guidelines. Presentation by Virginie Paradis.
