Audience Favorites & Jury Award Winners Return to SIFF Cinema Uptown June 16-22

SEATTLE, WA—June 11, 2017—Today SIFF announced the much-anticipated lineup of its annual "Best of SIFF" showcase, scheduled to take place June 16 through 22 at SIFF Cinema Uptown and presented by Alaska Airlines.

Slated to return are Golden Space Needle Audience Award-winner of Best Film and Best Director, At the End of the Tunnel; Official Competition and Best Actress Award-winner Sami Blood; New American Cinema Competition winner and local audience favorite Lane 1974; New Directors Competition winner Boundaries; as well as festival favorites such as Bye Bye Germany, Dolores, and The Paris Opera. Rounding out the week will be the Best of SIFF Shorts, including audience favorites as well as jury winners.

SIFF Executive Director Sarah Wilke says, "During the past 25 days Seattle welcomed an incredible lineup of films from around the world. We're excited to welcome back SIFF's audience favorites and jury award-winners for the Best of SIFF!"
