This award-winning film is about the kidnapped American child Bryan Sung. Bryan is a missing child from Washington state. He was kidnapped to South Korea in 2019 by his mother. There were multiple court orders from both US and Korea, but the child was not returned by the Korean government. This became an international issue highlighted by the media. This film is based on a real event that happened in July of 2023, when a psychotherapist went to the enforcement site, trying to facilitate the enforcement of the Korean court orders. Bryan’s dad Jay Sung produced and directed the film.
