Seattle 48 Hour Film Project

The Seattle 48 Hour Film Project returns for its 19th year featuring 80 films by local filmmakers all created during the weekend of July 14-16, 2023. Filmmakers are tasked with 4 required elements that must be used in the creation of a 4-7 minute short film completely from scratch all within a 48 hour time frame.

In our largest event since 2016, 80 teams comprising of over 1000 filmmakers stormed the cities and towns of Washington to create their short masterpieces as part of Seattle's 48 Hour Film Project. Join us for their world premieres over the course of six screenings, including an audience favorite vote and a whole lot of fun!
