Join us for the 33rd edition of the Seattle Polish Film Festival, a celebration of the best in contemporary Polish cinema. This year’s festival features a diverse lineup of award-winning films, thought-provoking documentaries, and engaging shorts, showcasing the depth and creativity of Polish filmmakers. Meet special guests, attend Q&As, and experience the vibrant culture of Poland through the lens of film.

Advanced passes are now SOLD OUT. More festival passes may be available at the door during the festival. A standby line will form ahead of each screening at the Festival and additional attendees will be admitted on a space available basis.

Life for Beginners

5:30pm - Opening Night Film: Life for Beginners (Życie dla początkujących)

Monia, a solitary vampire working in a nursing home, faces exposure when Czarek discovers her secret—and danger escalates as Mirek, a tormented vampire she once created, threatens patients unless she ends his suffering, sparking a deadly confrontation.
