A group of teenage altar boys, frustrated by the indifferent attitude of adults and the Church as an institution toward social injustice, decide to carry out their own unconventional plan for moral renewal. Armed with youthful rebellion and their own interpretation of Scripture, they plant a bug... in the confessional, to get to know their neighbors better. Masked like Zorro and with ambitions on the scale of Robin Hood, they become judges in their own neighborhood, helping those in need and dispensing punishment for sins. But their mission turns into a dangerous game, and as the boys apply their own idealistic code of honor, they start walking a fine line between good and evil. The real life of the housing estate blends with a mission straight out of a superhero comic book, except instead of capes, these heroes wear surplices.
