A harsh winter in 1943. Wolff, a mysterious official from Berlin, arrives in a sleepy small town in eastern Poland. He carefully guards the reasons for his visit, but his mere presence quickly disturbs the peace in Małe Zalesie. An atmosphere of distrust and threat builds. Everyone has their own secrets, and rumors of missing gold cause the line between truth and lies to blur. A story of people caught up in dramatic choices, where life is at stake and every decision carries real consequences.
