Celebrate the release of Czar of Noir Eddie Muller’s new book, “Eddie Muller’s Noir Bar,” with this special book signing event in partnership with University Book Store. Copies of the book will be available on site for sale, along with other Film Noir Foundation merchandise.

Eddie Muller is not only one of the world's leading authorities on film noir; he’s also a cocktail connoisseur. “Eddie Muller's Noir Bar” takes film buffs and drinks enthusiasts alike on a spirited tour through the "dark city" of film noir in this stylish book that pairs carefully curated classic cocktails and modern noir-inspired libations with behind-the-scenes anecdotes and insights on 50 film noir favorites.

Meet Eddie Muller

President and founder of the Film Noir Foundation
Eddie Muller is a contemporary renaissance man. He writes novels, biographies, movie histories, plays, short stories, and films. He also programs film festivals, curates museum exhibitions, designs books, and provides commentary for television, radio, and Blu-ray/DVDs. He has twice been named a San Francisco Literary Laureate, and his expertise in dark subject matter—both in fiction and film—has earned him the title “Czar of Noir.” Muller is internationally known as the producer and host of Noir City, the largest retrospective of noir films in the world and, as founder and president of the non-profit Film Noir Foundation, Muller has been instrumental since 2005 in rescuing America’s noir heritage. For TCM, since March 2017, Eddie programs and hosts his own weekly program Noir Alley.
